Roamdo provides a technology platform only.
Unless expressly stated, Roamdo is not a travel agency, tour operator, accommodation provider, transport provider, or event organiser.
2. Eligibility
To use Roamdo you must:

- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Complete any required identity or selfie verification.
- Comply with all applicable laws.
Roamdo reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its discretion.

- All activity conducted through your account.
You must notify Roamdo immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Roamdo may require users to complete selfie verification or other identity verification measures.
Verification improves trust within the community but does not guarantee:
- A user's identity.
- A user's behaviour.
- A user's intentions.
- Personal safety.
Users remain responsible for exercising appropriate caution when travelling or meeting others.
5. User Conduct
You agree that you will not:
- Harass, intimidate or threaten another user.
- Discriminate against any person.
- Upload false or misleading information.
- Create fake accounts.
- Impersonate another individual.
- Promote scams or fraudulent activities.
- Use Roamdo for illegal purposes.
- Share offensive, abusive or harmful content.
- Attempt to interfere with Roamdo's systems or security.
- Circumvent bans or enforcement actions.
- Collect another user's personal information without consent.
Roamdo may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
6. Trip Creators
Trip creators are solely responsible for:
- Trip planning.
- Trip descriptions.
- Pricing (where applicable).
- Communication.
- Trip management.
- Compliance with local laws.
Roamdo does not supervise or guarantee any trip.
7. Trip Participants
Participants are responsible for:
- Reading trip details before joining.
- Ensuring they meet entry requirements.
- Maintaining valid passports and visas.
- Obtaining travel insurance where appropriate.
- Respecting trip organisers and fellow travellers.
- Complying with local laws.
8. Compatibility Scores
Roamdo may provide compatibility scores based on profile information and platform activity.
These scores are intended solely as guidance and do not guarantee compatibility, friendship, safety or successful travel experiences.
9. Messaging
Users may communicate using Roamdo messaging.
Messages must remain respectful and lawful.
Roamdo may investigate reported conversations where required for safety or legal compliance.
10. Payments
Certain services may require payment.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
Roamdo is not responsible for payment processor failures, delays or third-party service interruptions.
Refunds, where applicable, are governed by Roamdo's Refund Policy.
11. Premium Features
Roamdo may offer optional paid subscriptions or premium services.
Features, pricing and benefits may change at any time.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date in accordance with the applicable app store or payment provider terms.
12. User Content

By uploading content you grant Roamdo a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, reproduce and distribute that content solely for operating, promoting and improving the platform.
You confirm that:
- You own the content or have permission to upload it.
- Your content does not infringe another person's rights.

All Roamdo software, branding, logos, graphics, designs, trademarks and platform content remain the exclusive property of Roamdo.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute Roamdo content without written permission.

Roamdo encourages safe travel.
Users should:
- Meet in public places initially.
- Share travel plans with trusted contacts.
- Purchase travel insurance where appropriate.

- Exercise personal judgement.
Roamdo cannot guarantee the actions of any user.
15. Reporting Users

- Harassment.
- Fake accounts.
- Fraud.
- Dangerous behaviour.

Roamdo may investigate reports and take action including warnings, suspension or permanent account removal.
16. Availability
Roamdo is intended to be available in countries and territories where the platform is officially offered through supported app stores or authorised distribution channels.

- User behaviour.

- Availability of services.
- Travel outcomes.
- Accuracy of user-generated content.
All travel arrangements are undertaken at the user's own risk.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roamdo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Roamdo's maximum liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the user to Roamdo during the previous twelve (12) months.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
22. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roamdo, its directors, employees, contractors and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses arising from:
